Wednesdays 8:00 AM:
26-50+ Mile "A♯" (19-23 MPH) ride leaves promptly from the Brannon Center, 105 S Riverside Dr, New Smyrna Beach. The route takes Riverside Drive to Park Avenue and joins the bike trail just north of the Rotary Club. This ride is "out and back" following the same route both ways. Fridays 8:00 AM:
31+ Mile "A♭" (19-23 MPH) ride leaves promptly from the Brannon Center, 105 S Riverside Dr, New Smyrna Beach. The default route meanders out and back through the rolling terrain of Beacon Light road and typically includes the Oak Hill river loop. This ride is governed by tribal rule and has an open agenda (including total distance) driven by those who ride that day. For more information call Pat Reilly 386-314-6242.
Saturdays 7:30 AM:
20 Mile ± "All Levels" Training Ride starting 8 a.m. from the Rotary Park in Edgewater on Park Avenue. The ride will do a "C" level warm-up along the bike trail followed by bridge repeats on the bridge over SR 442. After the bridge repeats there will be a rest stop at the trail parking lot on Cow Creek road, followed by a "C" level ride home for a total of about 20-miles, depending on how many bridge repeats you do. You can rest and schmooze at the parking lot, continue south on the trail, or do as many bridge repeats as you want.The route is mostly in the shade and bridge repeats are probably the best way to increase your strength and endurance. 33 mile B ride leaves Brannon Center at 105 Riverside Drive Saturday 8:00 AM Max speed 19 mph for first 20 miles and then, after rest stop, the ride may break into 2 groups. The main group will maintain 17 to 19 mph while the second group may go faster.

35 Mile Chat/Recovery (15-20 MPH) ride promptly from the Rotary Park on Park Avenue in Edgewater. The route is out and back on the bike trail with the turn-around at Vergies Pit Stop in Farmton. 30-50+ Mile "A♯" ride (19-23 MPH) leaves promptly from the Brannon Center, 105 S Riverside Dr, New Smyrna Beach. The "A" group rides may include higher speed intervals.
